Tyrian Residences: Construction Hits the Midpoint and More Than 50 Percent of Units Are Already Reserved

Tyrian Residences has reached a key phase in its development on the seafront of Estepona. Construction is now past the midpoint, and over half of the homes are reserved. The project continues on schedule for completion in the second half of 2026 and maintains a strong absorption rate supported by demand for serviced coastal living on the Costa del Sol.

Prestige Expo Group has released a new on-site construction tour that documents the current stage of the building process. The video shows the structure, the circulation of natural light, the depth of the terraces and the architectural proportions that define the project.
