2002 - Before becoming developers, Prestige’s founders operated a property maintenance and concierge company serving high-end residences across the Costa del Sol. 

This deep understanding of service, quality, and precision laid the foundations for what would later become Prestige Expo Group: a developer built on detail, trust, and long-term value.

2012 - Prestige Expo begins its transition from refurbishing to full-scale development, leading bespoke residential projects for international clients. 

This marks the start of the group’s journey as a luxury real estate developer on the Costa del Sol. 

2014 - Prestige Expo enters hospitality with the acquisition of Finca Besaya, a renowned Marbella restaurant transformed into a refined social and gastronomic destination. 

Soon after, the group expands along the coast with Besaya Beach — formerly Café del Mar Marbella — and Tikitano in Estepona, marking the beginning of Prestige’s Mediterranean hospitality era. 

2015 - Completion of Villa Symphony in Sierra Blanca marks Prestige Expo Group’s evolution from builder to developer. 

The project reflects the precision, craftsmanship, and scale that would define Prestige’s architectural identity. 

2016 - Delivery of Villa Magnificent in La Zagaleta confirms the group’s design maturity and technical excellence.  

A contemporary residence that strengthens Prestige’s reputation in the ultra-prime residential segment. 

2019 - With 3,000 square metres built in La Zagaleta, Villa Cullinan becomes Spain’s most valuable home, sold for €32 million. 

The project redefines the standards of scale and discretion, positioning Marbella, and Prestige Expo, at the centre of Europe’s ultra-prime market. 

Villa Cullinan receives the Luxury Property Award for Spain’s Best Residence.

2020 - The completion of El Bosque Phase I in La Reserva del Alcuzcuz, Benahavís. This project becomes the company’s first gated residential concept, composed of four signature villas designed in partnership with Tobal Arquitectos. 

The project sets a new direction towards integrated, landscape-driven living. 

2021 - As Besaya Group continues to grow, Prestige Expo strengthens its presence through strategic partnerships. 

The group joins forces with Casanis Group, entrusting them with the management of Finca Besaya, Nota Blu, and Mamzel, venues already part of Besaya’s portfolio. 

This collaboration reflects Prestige’s vision to elevate Mediterranean leisure through design, partnership, and curated experiences. 

2023 - Completion of Golden 7 in La Carolina, 7 residences marking Prestige Expo Group’s first development on Marbella’s Golden Mile. 

The project combines architectural precision with timeless design, consolidating Prestige’s presence in the most exclusive enclave of southern Spain.

2024 - Construction begins on Tyrian Residences in Estepona, a new model of branded luxury living with WELL Certification and 24/7 service. 

Work also starts on El Bosque Phase II in Benahavís and Noura on Marbella’s Golden Mile. 

Prestige Expo expands its verticals with the launch of Creative Ventures, a division focused on content, marketing, and storytelling, established under the name Velmure Studio. 

2025 - Prestige Expo introduces The Prestige 360° Model, integrating real estate, hospitality, marketing, and concierge under one ecosystem. 

Tyrian Residences receives the European Property Award for Best Residential Development in Spain, while Velmure Studio (our marketing division) earns the Luxury Property Award for Best Real Estate Marketing Agency. 

Construction continues on Tyrian Residences, Noura, and El Bosque Phase II, while work begins on Eva Residences and a new ultra-prime villa concept. Prestige Expo Group also expands into the province of Cádiz with Jerez Residences, a 22-unit project, and a large-scale community in Sanlúcar de Barrameda featuring more than 70 villas and a hospitality complex. The year marks a new chapter of integration and growth across southern Spain.
