Marbella – Noura

Noura is a sculptural, contemporary interpretation of Marbella’s architectural identity. It reflects the Golden Mile’s heritage while introducing a quieter, more modern Mediterranean expression.  

Located on Marbella’s Golden Mile, within walking proximity to the beach, gastronomic hubs and consolidated low-density residential areas.

Designed by González & Jacobson Arquitectura, the project comprises three high-end villas defined by proportion, light, privacy and refined materiality. Each home is independent, spacious and oriented to capture the sun and the calm of its surroundings.

The architecture balances scale with restraint, creating a timeless form that settles into the landscape. Clean volumes, natural stone and generous openings define a design that feels both serene and contemporary.

Benahavís – El Bosque Phase II

El Bosque Phase II is a high-end collection of sculptural villas rooted in landscape, natural materials and the architectural language of the hills. Designed by Tobal Arquitectos, it rises within La Reserva de Alcuzcuz in Benahavís, one of Spain’s most sought-after villa enclaves, surrounded by protected terrain and panoramic sea views.

 

Set on a high hillside where the land drops towards the Mediterranean, the four villas stand between pine forest and open horizon. Stone, wood and earthy tones anchor them to the slope.
